We did our wedding here and the Robert, the owner, was super accommodating. Something fresh about this place is that you have free reign of the whole property and you even get use of the farm house for the days you rent the venue. This was so helpful for the wedding party to come beforehand and set up everything the day before and for people to sleep the night of the wedding instead of having to clean up and get out of there right away. The kids loved being able to run around and explore the creek and the woods and play in the barn. Such a fun experience and you get to enjoy the place alone but Robert stops and checks on you to make sure all is well and is always a phone call away. It was a perfect day and stay!

The only recommendations to the owner are minor: the pilot lights in the house kept going out for the gas heaters... This is only a problem during the cold months. The second issue was that the back screen door wasn't really secure and the house doors didn't lock well. One of the bedrooms is right inside the back screen door. It's in the country, so it's safe, and nobody is going to come mess around a house with vehicles at it. Thirdly, no doors to keep master bedroom private.

Barn, beautiful, and nice with plenty of outlets and extra supplies.

House, very warm and accommodating and fully furnished, including television. It's nice to wake up the next day and cleanup after the wedding.

Our overall experience was absolutely wonderful and we have zero regrets about using Payne Meadows! It was such a blessing from start to finish and everything went so perfect and smoothly!

We absolutely loved this venue! The owner was very responsive and helpful! Such a beautiful place for a wedding or even a family vacation here in the mountains! Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Very accommodating host. Great prices and very caring. Has plenty of parking and a nice house as well.
